How do I launder my coat?
Coats can be professionally cleaned through a laundry service, dry-cleaned or washed at home in cold water. Line drying your coat is preferable to protect the coat from shrinking in the dryer. Clean coats should be professional pressed or ironed.

What is your return policy?
We offer returns on coats that are not altered, monogrammed or worn within 30 days.

What is the turnaround time for my order?
Orders typically take between 21 and 28 days depending on alterations and monogram. Email us at mhservice@shaias.com or call us at 205-871-1312 for any rush orders.

Can I purchase a coat as a gift?
Of course, but if coats are monogrammed or altered, they are not refundable. We also offer gift cards!

I need help with the alterations for my coat?
There are three ways we can help you with your alterations.

  1. We can mail you a “try-on” coat. While wearing the coat, you can FaceTime us.
  2. You can email us pictures of you wearing the coat. We will need a front, side and rear shot.
  3. Lastly, you can pin the try-on coat using the directions on our Services page.

How do I place a large order for businesses with multiple sizes, monograms, etc.?
We offer multiple order pricing for orders over 5 and can accommodate multiple sizes, monogramming, and alterations. Email us at mhservice@shaias.com or call us at 205-871-1312.

How do I become a reseller?

Can I have a custom logo monogrammed on my coat ?
Yes, email a high-quality JPEG to mhservice@shaias.com for an estimate.
